Crossing the Seine on RER-A1 to Saint-Germain-en-Laye by Beausoleil Star this if you like it!

Saint-Germain-en-Laye is a separate town as opposed to the St. Germain district of Paris. You take the RER or suburban train out and it is a lovely day trip. The town is lovely and there is a Debussy Museum, the Château holds the National Archeology Museum and there is a beautiful church across from the Château. The Seine wanders so you actually cross it twice on the trip.
