Scarborough Castle has a history exhibition in the Master Gunner's House with artifacts spanning the entire period of Scarborough Castle's past that were uncovered during site excavations. There are tools and pottery from prehistoric times, including a magnificent replica of a Bronze Age sword found on site. There is a tea room in the Master Gunner's House and 16 acres of grounds to explore with picnic facilities.
