At the Battlefield of S. Jorge, near Batalha, Portugal. Amazingly enough, the Battle of Aljubarrota, celebrated by the Monastery of Batalha, did not take place in either Aljubarrota or Batalha! But rather in this empty field in the outskirts of S. Jorge, a tiny little hamlet somewhere in between those two towns.
