Brantôme - view of the Abbey from the river by Beausoleil 1 Star this if you like it!
Brantôme is famous for its Abbey, but since the Abbey and the Old Town are on a large island in the Dronne River, there is a lot of kayaking and canoeing available too. There are restaurants and hotels along the river and fortunately, lots of parking to go with all the activity.
