Le Clos Hilaire, a wonderful restaurant in Saint-Hilaire that is unfortunately no longer in business by Beausoleil Star this if you like it!
We had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant in an historic Saint-Hilaire building across from the Abbey. Unfortunately, the COVID lockdown seems to have closed the restaurant. It was a hotel too and we had hoped to stay there some time in the future but that is not to be. So sad . . .
