Chartres - Restaurant L'Estocade at 1 Rue de la Prte Guillaume just across the Eure River by Beausoleil Star this if you like it!
If you walk down to the river from Old Town Chartres, you come to Pont Bouju and cross the river to some wonderful half-timbered buildings. There is a walk along the Eure River here that is fun to take.
