Chartres - Eglise Saint Pierre, another beautiful Gothic Church in Chartres by Beausoleil Star this if you like it!
St. Pierre is the former abbey church of a Benedictine monastery built between the 10th and 13th centuries , the Saint-Pierre church became a parish in 1803 and is one of the more interesting monuments in Chartres. It would undoubtedly have more visitors if it did not live in the shadow of the famous Cathedral of Notre Dame. It is definitely worth a visit though.
