About @Bob Brink
Male • Traveller
I live in Pouch Cove, Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada with my wife, Po, and our dog, Zoe. Pouch Cove sits on the most eastern tip of North America. We discovered Pouch Cove on a one week vacation back in 2006. We fell in love with the place and bought a house. We now live here full time. I have signed up as a Travel Helper for Newfoundland, as I love to share my new home with the world.
I take lots of photographs and proudly show them on my website and in seven books, two on Pouch Cove and on five different trips, Botswana in 2011, Mexico in 2011, Madagascar in 2016, Namibia in 2018 and Central Asia in 2019.
After a long hiatus from travel, I am excited to be back at it. In my younger days I did some extended travel carrying a backpack and arriving in countries with no plans, then moving on to the next. Now I enjoy the planning and documenting almost as much as the actual trips, plus I like a bit more comfort.
