Easy going, unconventional, like heavy metal but also listen to other genres, like going to gigs, outdoors, camping, festivals, a good meal with a nice bottle of wine, but also a good pint of ale!

In my spare time, I keep fit, try to think of brilliant ideas for a startup, go for a drink with friends, learn a foreign language or read a good book. Most recently, I started reading a lot about travelling, hitchhiking and where to go, when to go etc - as decided to make a big change to my life. I travelled a bit (Australia, Egypt, Singapore, Spain) - but all were short holidays. This time, it's not going to be a holiday, but a lifestyle.

I have a guinea pig called Albert :), but if I wasn't in a flat in London, I'd have dogs, cats, chicken and pretty much anything else as I love animals and am a fresh vegetarian (since Dec 2010).

• Hobbies:

  Music: Metal - Norma Jean, After the Burial, Divine Heresy, Gojira, Meshuggah, Lamb of God, Mastodon etc, but also like classical, Spanish music, some drum & base, country and rock.

  Movies: The Age of Stupid, Requiem for a Dream, Snatch, Lock Stock and two smoking barrels, Firefly (series).

  Books - Shantaram, Alchemist, A short history of nearly everything, and some nerdy stuff.

• Favourite places:

  Outdoors - camping, trekking, festivals

  Flex bar in Munich, Camden Town in London, Trekkers Bar in Chiang Mai, Lamp Bar at Ao Phai, Koh Samet (and south peak of the island for sunset)
