Project:Language phrasebooks

I'm a Greek so I can help a lot with that, plus I teach English as a second language. I might also be able to help a bit with your IT basics since I've majored in Cultural Informatics :) I've also done some German, Italian and French (FC level though, no pro on these cuties)

Naxos

There is no place like Naxos! Amazing beaches, tasty local products, endless sight-seeing. I usually use Naxos as my base for when I go Greek island hopping. By doing this I had the chance to explore every inch of it through the years. If you need some tips, just ask!

Paros

Paros is a cosmopolitan island nestled in the centre of the Cyclades. It offers great beaches and relaxation; you'll love the nightlife in Naousa! I am lucky enough to have a friend who has house there, so I visit Paros quite often.If you need any tips just ask!

Fira

Fira is one of the best places to stay in Santorini. I've been there plenty of times. A lively town which will give you numerous options for dinner, shopping, exploring etc. If you want access to the vivid nightlife then this is the place to stay.

Cyclades

I'm Greek and totally in love with the picturesque islands of the Cyclades! I've been to most of them but my favourite islands are Paros, Naxos, Milos, Amorgos. I've been paying a visit at least once a year since '00 :) If you need any tips about the Cyclades don't hesitate to ask!

Thessaly

I've lived for about a decade in Volos. Mt. Pelion is my favourite relaxation retreat <3 , I go there at least once a year I also know about Larisa, Trikala and Karditsa, my parents come from there. We used to visit those destinations very often.

Greece

I am Greek and I've been spending my summers in Greece since I can remember myself. I currently live in Athens. I have also lived for plenty of years in Volos (Thessaly Region) and Lesvos (North Aegean Islands). I've visited most of the Cyclades and the Ionian Islands. I like to go Greek Island Hopping whenever I have the chance. I've also spent a lot of summers in the Peloponnese, specifically in Mani Region. I'd love to share my tips with fellow travellers!
