I have been interested in commercial aviation all my life (and no, I am not a pilot!), and for the last 30 years we've had our own little business, maintaining a database with information (transaction history, i.e. sales, leases, retirements, crashes, etc.) about every single airliner/transport aircraft and executive aircraft built over the last 70 years (by manufacturer's serial number for each aircraft). We have provided this information to just about all the major companies in the industry for many years. We also publish a monthly aviation magazine with this information. Issue # 510 was published in May 2009. The first issue was published by me in 1966, so I have done this continuously for the last 43 years. I'll be happy to help out with any type of questions about various airlines around the world and their equipment, or questions about commercial aviation in general.
