This life I have lived has been a wonderful experience, especially, the moments I have spent surfing in good waves with my friends.

I love life in all its incarnations! I get stressed at times though I do my best to be conscious of it. I make mistakes daily. Thankfully never catastrophic ones. I try to take life as it comes. I try to see the beauty and wisdom of life in the moment. If I start feeling overwhelmed, I try to remain calm, aware and breath.

Surfing has taught me this! I can teach you how to surf.

  Surfing, telling stories, Snowboarding, bikini inspection, Mountain Biking, Boxing, Jujitsu, Hiking, Sailing and Traveling.

  Pavones, Cabo Matapalo and Parque Corcovado, Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica. Playa Negra, Nosara, Marbella and Witch's Rock, Parque Santa Rosa, Guancaste, Costa Rica.

  Scorpions Bay, Mexico, Belfast, Northern Ireland (where my granny lives). San Diego and Malibu, Califorina, USA.
